Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Prepared Foods Cook to join our team at Whole Foods Market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural foods and excellent culinary skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
- Prepare food items according to recipe to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure that all prepared items are labeled, dated, covered, monitored for quality and freshness, and rotated.
- Monitor food levels and replenish in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs in a timely and effective manner, and model suggestive selling techniques.
- Maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
- Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.

Requirements:
- 6-12 months retail experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
