Job Description:

Dishroom Staff Job DescriptionThe Greenwood American Bistro by Model Restaurant Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishroom Staff to join their team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the dishroom.Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain proper chemical levels for effective cleaning.
Assist with general kitchen cleaning and organization, including trash removal and sweeping/mopping floors.Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
