• Other Details: The Laborist role offers flexible 24-hour in-house call shifts, covering OBED, emergencies, operative deliveries, and teaching fellows/residents. Candidates must provide recent case logs, trauma-level experience, and confirmation of experience with C-sections, laparoscopy, ectopic tubals, and D&Cs. The clinic role involves direct patient care, teaching, inbox management, virtual visits, and minor procedures (IUD/Nexplanon placement, LEEPs, colposcopies). The case mix is 60% GYN and 40% OB, with MDs seeing 20-24 patients per day. Scheduling is flexible: laborists work one 24-hour shift at a time, while clinic providers typically work 3-5 days per week (minimum seven shifts per month). A six-month commitment is required, with the option for locum-to-perm conversion.
