Work is performed with general independence and decision-making responsibility under the general guidance of the attending physicians, chief resident and department Nurse/Program Manager. Guidelines include general policy procedures and practice guidelines established by the department and Harborview Medical Center, as well as appropriate professional and technical manuals.Harborview Medical Center serves a complex and diverse patient population and provides care for all ages.
