$1,820 per week About The Position ID: 54019987 Shift: Night
3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: All previous perm employees
of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the
health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel
position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact
license.Minimum experience required-2 years. Not accepting first
time travelers but will screen if strong candidate.Floating
required to NICU or units within skill set.Pediatric Critical
CareCritical Care Experience, ENT, General Surgery, Ortho,
Post-Op/Pre-OpBreathing TreatmentsChest Tube Set-up/Care,
CPAP/BiPap, High Frequency Vents, Oscillators, Procedure Sedation,

Submittal Details: Tier3 Travel ComplianceAll candidates who were a
previous perm employee of ANY Providence affiliated facility must
be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to
qualify for a travel position. No exceptions.Floating: All
travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop
of practice if needed. The facility has a designated float team
that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another
campus travelers will float first before perm staff. All facilities
are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the event that the traveler
needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to
the facility they re floated to. Traveler s refusal to float may
result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed
hours.REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1
year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three
years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are are
non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM
approvalModules are completed pre-start, and annuallyTime spent on
