Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a
qualified Hospice RN in Seattle, Washington, 98122 Pay Information
$1,887 per week About The Position ID: 53765077 Shift: Day 5x8-Hour
(08:00 - 16:30) Description: This position is for a Pallative care
experienced RN - Monday - Friday Locals at travel rate Manager
requesting at least 2 years of recent Pallative care but will
consider those with less based on the experience. Unit accepts 1st
time travelerBLS requred. This position is for palliative care RN.
RN will work closely with physician, ARNP, and scheduler. RN will
be responsible for complete physical and psychosocial assessment of
patient, medication and allergy review and reconciliation. Must
have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to
communicate effectively both verbally and written. Must have
ability to work with multidisciplinary team, pain management, and

ComplianceAll candidates who were a previous perm employee of ANY
Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health
system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. No
exceptions.Floating: All travelers are expected to float to another
unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a
designated float team that floats first however, in the event there
is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm
staff. All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the
event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to
find transportation to the facility they re floated to. Traveler s
refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or
forfeiture of guaranteed hours.REFERENCES - Minimum of 2
supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of
employment total within the last three years within a comparable
specialty/setting that they are are non-billable, average 16 hours
spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approvalModules are completed
