Physical Therapy Assistant Federal Way WA (30 min S of Seattle)
We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our practice full time in Federal Way, WA conveniently located 30 min S of Seattle. Our team consists of Doctors of Chiropractic, Doctors of Physical Therapy, Licensed Massage Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Acupuncturists, Doctors of Naturopathy, and Weight Management specialists.
Duties:

• Assist with physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
• Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
• Assist with documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
• Collaboration with the staff/healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
• Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice
• Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude Requirements:
  • Completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program
  • PTA License in WA
  • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired Schedule:
    • Full time (36-40 hours/week)
      Compensation:
      • $30-$35 per hour(DOE) Benefits:
