teams? If so, we want you as our Vice President of Operations to

hands-on VP of Operations to drive operational success and
profitability.What You'll Be Responsible For: Operational
Leadership - Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across
multiple locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and
excellence.
Growth & Expansion - Develop and execute operational strategies to
scale the brand while maintaining top-tier quality.
People & Culture - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing
operations team, including regional directors, general managers,
and support staff.
Financial Performance - Drive P&L management, cost controls,
labor optimization, and revenue growth.
Guest Experience - Champion best-in-class hospitality, service
standards, and brand consistency.
Franchise & Corporate Operations - Support franchise partners and
corporate locations with best practices, training, and operational
playbooks.
Process & Technology Optimization - Implement scalable systems,
SOPs, and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Strategic Partnerships - Collaborate with marketing, finance, HR,
and supply chain to ensure smooth, profitable operations.What You
Bring to the Table: 10+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations
leadership, preferably at the VP or senior director level.
Experience in fast-casual, QSR, or full-service restaurants
(franchise experience is a huge plus!).
Strong background in scaling brands, leading teams, and driving
profitability.
Deep knowledge of P&L management, labor optimization, and food
cost controls.
Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on
leadership.
A passion for guest experience, team development, and operational
excellence.
Experience working with private equity-backed or high-growth
restaurant groups is a plus.
