Program Manager - Learning and Development

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Program
Manager - Learning and Development for a contract position in
Redmond, WA. Opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for
a longterm extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Manage/Administrate CO+I
Learning in clients' corporate learning venues such as Viva
Academy.
Content management taxonomy (Effectivity and storage of formal
training, hands-on activities, guides).
Training completion and compliance reporting (Global completions
for role-based learning paths, corporate compliance, and
occupational safety requirements).
Manage learner feedback (multiple levels) from training, learning
paths, hands-on practical activities, and trainer curriculum
feedback.
Work with CO+I Learning colleagues to create or integrate AI-based
solutions for curriculum, feedback, gamification, and general
learning and productivity solutions for the team and our
customers.
Manage CO+I Learning repository of internal guidelines, policies,
procedures, and standards.
Coordinate CO+I Learning globalization, localization, and
translation plans efforts in partnership with the appropriate
global translation teams and Curriculum Managers.
Qualifications:Information Management/Editing, Writing, Catalog
Experience
Training completion and compliance reporting with PowerBI
LMS Administration
Preferred:Dynamics 365
Viva Administration
Sharepoint
