DescriptionAs Vice President of Demand Generation, you will be
responsible for developing, executing, and scaling strategic demand
generation programs focused on driving measurable pipeline growth
and revenue impact. Your role will involve deep collaboration with
sales leadership, marketing teams, and sales development
representatives to execute comprehensive Integrated and
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. This role will require
strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of marketing
funnel metrics (CTA, ROI, conversion rates), and extensive
experience targeting executive-level (C-suite) decision-makers
across multiple industries. The following teams fall under the
leadership of the VP of Demand Generation: Marketing Operations,
Integrated Marketing, ABM, and International
Marketing.Responsibilities
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and coach them to
achieve greater impact through your experience and expertise.
- Design, execute, and continuously optimize global demand
generation programs to drive category awareness, lead generation,
pipeline acceleration, and customer acquisition.
- Implement comprehensive ABM strategies, partnering closely with
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales teams to
personalize outreach and engagement for targeted enterprise
accounts.
- Leverage Icertis' Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships
within ABM strategies to extend reach, create co-marketing
opportunities, and enhance pipeline generation by targeting shared
enterprise accounts.
- Analyze and report on marketing funnel performance and campaign
ROI, including metrics such as CTA, lead-to-opportunity conversion,
and customer acquisition cost.
- Drive strategic campaigns and messaging targeting C-suite
personas across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with
corporate messaging and positioning.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including
paid search, social, display advertising, email marketing, and
website strategy.
- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across multiple
channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic display, retargeting,
etc.) with a focus on leveraging advanced targeting capabilities
such as intent data, lookalike audiences, and predictive analytics
to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to align
demand generation efforts with earned media strategies, leveraging
PR, thought leadership, and industry influencer engagement to
enhance brand credibility and visibility.
- Manage our marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
to build a scalable, repeatable demand-generation engine.
- Lead strategic planning and budgeting processes for demand
generation activities, ensuring efficient allocation and use of
resources.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product
marketing, content marketing, customer success, and partner
teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to
continuously improve strategies and practices.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or
related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with
at least 5-7 years in leadership roles specifically in Demand
Generation within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software
industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading demand generation strategies,
particularly in targeting enterprise-level, C-suite
decision-makers.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling ABM
programs and working closely with Sales and SDR teams.
- Experience in leveraging strategic partnerships, particularly
GSI relationships, within demand generation and ABM strategies to
drive pipeline growth.
- Expert-level proficiency in marketing analytics and ROI
measurement, including a thorough understanding of marketing funnel
metrics.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing
automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Deep expertise in paid marketing strategies, including paid
search, social, programmatic, and display advertising, with the
ability to optimize audience targeting through data-driven
insights.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills; adept at influencing and aligning cross-functional
stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a proven track
record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets.SalaryMin $260,000
- Max $340,000 USD per year. Pay offered will vary based on
job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills,
and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus
target, an equity component is included in the compensation
