Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The Home & Auto VP,
Merchant Performance Management Solutions leader is responsible for
ensuring the delivery and execution of key activities across the
platform focused merchant and provider performance management life
cycle in collaboration with the CD & Sales Governance Client
Oversight team and cross functional teams. Specifically focused on
platform engagement for the fragmented merchant space and smaller
individual locations. This individual will interface with all
levels and across various teams within the organization.The
successful candidate for this role is a leader with strong
communication skills, the ability to manage through influence, and
prior experience managing cross-functional initiatives. This role
will have a high level of visibility across and communicate
effectively with all levels of the organization.Essential
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership of critical merchant and provider
performance management activities impacting Home & Auto
organization.
- Leader for resolution on key identified findings connected to
Client Executed L3's.
- Primary point of engagement for client teams to partner; with
the Client Oversight Program's Merchant and Provider Performance
Management arm -leading governance initiatives for internal
customers including General Managers, Client Development Leaders,
Relationship Managers and Field/Inside Sales teams and externally
the client team where needed.
- Partner with the client and client teams to investigate and
understand the components andrecommendations associated with their
client's governance score.
- Lead engagement with commercial teams on the execution of
Governance Processes - specifically focused on the new Merchant and
Provider Performance management program within the Platform.
- Partner with COP Merchant and Provider Performance Management
Team to understand all ongoing actions related to their clients,
and coordinate communication and the sharing of final documentation
with commercial teams.
- Provide a formal vetting process for escalation requests from
the platform, inclusive of appropriate sign offs and identify plan
from the Merchant and Provider Performance Management play
book.
- Drive analysis and platform wide special projects/enhancements
as required to address findings in the governance score that are a
root cause of multiple issues, trending up activities, and/or in
response to escalating of score.
- Establish and deploy a common project/program management
process for assigned actions and tools such as detailed project
plans, critical path milestone tracking, cost/budget tracking, risk
management, in-take management or other collaboration tools.
- Facilitate meetings to review actioning requirements and
progress with respective client teams.
- Identify, manage, and partner with the client teams to formally
request escalation process.
- Perform other duties or special assignments as
needed.Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience working in Client Development & Sales,
Risk Management, Audit, or related areas
- 5+ years' experience and expertise working in Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3+ years of leading and/or supporting cross-functional
initiatives
- Ability to work a flexible scheduleDesired Characteristics:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to modulate content based on audience.
- Advanced knowledge of Client Development & Sales objectives,
strategies, and processes
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills essential
- Deep, up-to-date knowledge of regulatory compliance in the
financial services sector to drive improvements
- Excellent communication skills-interpersonal, verbal, and
written
- Ability to influence others to achieve team goals
- Strong compliance, audit, or control function background, with
a specific understanding of internal controls
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects,
organize workflow, and prioritize work assignments
- Strong business process mapping and MS Visio skills
- Imagination and creativity in applying/adapting best practices
and learnings to new problems/needs
- Ability to work and influence within a global matrix
organization
- Self-motivated and directed
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work well with broad and
diverse global teams
- Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize data clearly and
concisely and report findings to senior managementGrade/Level:
12The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD
Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and
company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted
salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or
knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro
and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background
investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding
process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of
the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.Legal authorization to work in
