Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resource Manager in Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute the resource management process for assigned
personnel
Facilitate scheduling of resources to client assignments based on
various requirements
Generate and analyze resource management reports to monitor
utilization and capacity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 5+ years of related experience, preferably within a
professional services firm
Desire to learn about the operations of a professional services
firm
Ability to manage through competing priorities
Demonstrated level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite, specifically Excel
