Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Contracts to oversee and
manage its contracting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic vision for the contracts function and manage the
contracts team
Oversee the drafting, review, negotiation, and signing of contracts
to ensure compliance and fairness
Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, providing tailored
contract advice and support
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in contract management, including
high-volume contract execution
3-5 years of leadership experience in developing and implementing
contract policies
Experience in providing tailored contract advice to diverse project
teams
Demonstrated experience in overseeing the procurement and
implementation of a CLM system
Experience in a senior role within a nonprofit, public sector, or
mission-driven environment
