video laryngoscope in 1999 and have since become the global market
leader in video laryngoscope solutions. Today we offer a broad
range of tools that include visualization systems, single-use and
reusable blades, stylets, stats and video batons to support a
variety of workflows and specialties.BFlex:We introduced BFlex
bronchoscopes in 2019. Since then, we have expanded the range of
the BFlex product line to support a variety of patient types and
procedures. BFlex single-use bronchoscopes combine the convenience
and accessibility of single-use tools with the performance you
expect from a reusable bronchoscope. Paired with GlideScope, BFlex

Responsibilities
How will you add Value?Business Management: As a Verathon Sales
Representative you will strategically manage the business in your
territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope product line. You will
execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales
opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM)
segmentation and analysis.Be a Trusted Partner: You will generate
new business and maintain existing business by understanding the
needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering
presentations to customers including creative solutions to their
problems. You will manage the relationships with key customer
stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives,
Administration, and BioMed contacts.Achieve and Exceed Revenue
Targets: You will generate a high volume of sales activity by
in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation,
customer presentations, and negotiations. You will forecast your
business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports
the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.Understand
your market: You will learn new industry and market information
that allows you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy.
You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and
provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.

save patient lives. You draw on your clinical acumen to build
rapport and influence decision making and strategy.The Basic
Requirements:Bachelor's degree2+ years B2B outside sales
experienceAble to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all
healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine) Must be insurable
and have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to lift up to 100
pounds and carry up to 25 poundsMust reside within territory;
Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Madison areas preferredRequired overnight
travel is 4 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that
includes the southern/eastern portion of the stateRequired to
travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting,
regional meetings and in person training, as needed The Benefits of
Working with UsBase Salary. $65,000Additional Commission Potential.
$120,289 (This is based on 100% quota attainment for 2024. Actual
commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment,
and subject to change for 2025. For new hires starting after
January 1st, commissions with be pro-rated based on start date and
