Job Description:
A company is looking for a Producer, Development Manager to
oversee day-to-day operations of the gameplay team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and delivery of game features and content
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation
strategies
Facilitate team rituals and mentor team members to enhance their
capabilities
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in game production or related roles
Experience with live service projects
Proficiency in a development discipline such as Engineering,
Design, or Art
Passion for cozy games, particularly Palia or similar titles
