Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Manager to support the Professional Services group in delivering seamless implementations and outcomes for clients.



Key Responsibilities:

Drive process improvements and oversee the implementation of new programs and tools
Collaborate with management to optimize resource and capacity management using PSA solutions
Lead financial operations including bookings, revenue forecasting, and strategic insights


Qualifications:

4+ years in an operations or process improvement role within a growing SaaS company
Prior experience supporting a Professional Services or Implementation team in an operational capacity
Experience with financial operations and familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
Proficiency with PSA applications and Salesforce; administrative experience is a plus
Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and proactive approach to challenges
