About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Operations Manager to join our team at Bon Appetit - Bellevue Caf--. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the supervision of the food service operation, ensuring the standards of excellence are met.Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring and Supervision: Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Event Planning: Plans, markets, and executes special events and promotions in the cafe to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Sanitation and Cleaning: Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Financial Management: Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business, increasing revenue and profitability.
• Cafe Operations: Manages cafe operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service.Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as hospitality, business, or culinary arts.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
