is a new business unit within the Marketing, Innovation and

This role will be passionate about developing one or more ad
monetization opportunities across many of these touchpoints,

T-Ads is looking for an experienced product manager that will be
responsible for executing the vision, design, and product roadmap
for ad products on branded properties in a fast-paced and
multi-layered environment. Ideal candidates will have experience
managing online, mobile and retail media ad-tech products and
leading cross-functional teams to deliver new features and
experiences on the product roadmap.
This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and
positive relationships outside your direct teams with Sales and BD
teams, partner organizations, dependent technology teams, and
supporting vendors.Job Responsibilities:
- Own a suite of ad products across several highly visible
consumer properties end-to-end. This includes crafting, managing,
maintaining, and presenting product visions and roadmaps including
technical vision, capabilities, and requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and business Leadership to
understand and execute strategy, identify, and assemble product
opportunities, prioritize features, establish project timelines,
ensure successful product delivery, and meet revenue goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a large
organization as well as outside vendors to continuously deliver new
product features, improvements, and updates.
- Communicate, influence, and sell ideas to Leadership. This
includes regularly delivering product presentations and data-driven
findings.
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct
A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user
experiences.
- Recognize and communicate technical challenges to stakeholders
and make educated trade-off decisions with teams, vendors and
stakeholders concerning prioritization and timelines.
- Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data
to identify opportunities for product innovation and
improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and
emerging technologies to drive product innovation.Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or
equivalent experience. (Required)Work Experience:
- 6+ years experience in hands on technical writing production
code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large
scale company/ application / product environment. (Required)
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile
software product development environment. Advanced level
understanding of customer experience. (Required)Knowledge, Skills
and Abilities:
- Agile Methodologies Proven success in directing matrixed
resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies
and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.

- Strong understanding of product management methodologies,
including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile
development.
- Technical Writing Strong requirements elicitation, and proven
writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly
for different audiences. (Required)
- Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project
management tools. (Required)
- Deep technical understanding of online advertising
technologies, web development.
- Experience working with e-commerce properties and technology.
Preferably AdTech in the context of e-commerce.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively
collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret
data to advise product decisions.
- Passion for crafting outstanding user experiences.
- Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and
ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the
DevOps teams can ingest. (Required)
- Product Management Experience in delivering large and
sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or
lead technology role. (Required)
- Communication Proven track record to effectively and
efficiently connect with Leadership, while employing a high degree
of collaboration and influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability
to present sophisticated technical information in a clear and
concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and
non-technical leaders. (Required)
- Business Analysis Strong analytical skills with demonstrated
ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the
data to drive decisions. (Required)Licenses and Certifications:

actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location,

non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic
sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate
employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or
individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the
