Job Description:
A company is looking for an ESG Compliance Manager to lead and
manage its global ESG strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain business-wide ESG initiatives and develop KPIs
for tracking progress
Monitor and maintain B Corp certification standards and assist in
recertification processes
Stay updated on environmental regulations and prepare regular
reporting on ESG initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in ESG
Strong knowledge of ESG concepts, regulations, and B Corp
certifications
Familiarity with the beauty/personal care industry
Proficiency in project management
