Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Brokerage Property - E&S
Specialty.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic and operational objectives for the
E&S Specialty Brokerage Property line of business
Ensure profitability and growth through risk assessment, market
analysis, and product innovation
Lead and manage a team, focusing on talent development and
succession planning
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field;
master's degree preferred
Completion of general insurance courses such as CPCU, CIC, AU, ARM,
CPIW, or ASLI is preferred
Ten years of experience in the E&S Brokerage Shared and Layered
marketplace
Demonstrated ability to achieve successful financial benchmarks
Extensive management/leadership experience
