Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Strategic
Accounts to manage client relationships and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support an assigned book of business to achieve growth, retention,
and customer goals
Cultivate trusted relationships with key executives and
stakeholders
Manage contracts and ensure ongoing performance through risk
management activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years in client or account management leadership roles
1+ year of experience in advanced care planning/end-of-life
care
4+ years of broad-based Health Plan experience
Exceptionally high Emotional Intelligence to connect with diverse
constituents
