Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Manager to drive
fundraising initiatives and manage development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies in
alignment with organizational goals
Manage grant proposal processes, including writing and compliance
with RFP requirements
Oversee donor relations and maintain accurate records using
Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration,
Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in nonprofit grant writing,
fundraising, and development
Proven success in securing funding from diverse sources, including
foundations and government entities
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or other fundraising software and
donor databases
Experience managing and mentoring a team
