A company is looking for a Regional New Product Introduction
Manager in the Food & Beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new
products
Manage product lifecycle and market analysis to drive growth and
profitability
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
alignment on product requirements and strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical
Engineering
10-12 years of experience in NPI manufacturing or engineering
environments
Experience with complex electromechanical and fluidics systems
Familiarity with cGMP in ISO13485 environments
Lean Six Sigma training preferred
