Manager - Long Term Care at Mount St. Vincent Schedule: 1.0 FTE (40
Hours a week),Days Job description: Responsibility, authority and
24 hour accountability for the management of resident/patient and
all employees assigned to neighborhoods. Management of the
neighborhood includes development and implementation of a
resident/patient directed service model which integrates the
concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and home like
environment. Providence's Post-Acute Care facilities offer a sense

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of
nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association
- 3 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing.
- 2 years In Long Term care setting including end of life care.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with palliative care programs Required
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of
nursing.
