Description RN MDS Case Manager at Providence Mount St. Vincent The TC Case Management Nurse fulfills the Mission of Providence Health & Services in working with patients, families, volunteers, and PMSV staff.     • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
    • Two years: Nursing experience in LTC, TCU or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications:
