Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of accounting professionals and oversee daily
operations and monthly close
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring
compliance with GAAP
Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring
proper revenue recognition compliance
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3
years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting
requirements
Experience in nonprofit accounting and federal grant compliance
preferred
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a
team
