Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager (East
Coast Based).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer account management and
strategic matters
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business
growth
Identify and develop growth opportunities within the customer
portfolio
Required Qualifications:
Significant experience in professional client relationship
management
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Track record of meeting or exceeding individual revenue growth
targets
Experience working with large or SMB customers, ideally in the SaaS
industry
Fluency in English is required
