Job Description:
A company is looking for an Experience Director to lead
cross-disciplinary teams in game development.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Game Director and Creative Director to shape
the game's vision
Work with the narrative team to develop and refine story arcs
Supervise and guide managers and their teams, ensuring alignment
and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in a Lead Designer/Director role for highly-rated
next-gen games
Leadership experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams within
AAA game development
Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and engaging
gameplay design
Proficiency in advanced game development software and tools
Extensive understanding of end-to-end game development
processes
