Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Global Benefits Program
Manager to lead the administration and strategic development of
global benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer employee benefits programs across multiple
geographies
Lead the development and implementation of competitive benefits
programs aligned with organizational goals
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
7+ years of experience in benefits management or a related HR
field
Strong knowledge of US and international benefits programs and
compliance regulations
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related
field
International experience preferred
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS) are a
plus
