Services EngineeringDescriptionThe Cloud Infrastructure team, as
part of Apple Services Engineering, is seeking an extraordinary
engineering program manager (EPM) that can help deliver innovative
software developer tools/services and cloud technologies that will
shape the future of software development at Apple. You'll partner
with teams across Apple to provide them with a rich developer
experience that enables first and third-party cloud technologies
including cloud provisioning, software lifecycle observability,
deployment observability, service offerings, solution blueprints,
and more. We're a fast paced organization with bold goals, a large

application/service development at Apple. Teams across Apple rely
on us for innovative developer tools and services that help them
build services that scale globally, are highly available, and "just

strong background in program and project management complemented by
your technical abilities. Strong communication skills are
essential.Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience in software development project
management.
- Knowledge of full lifecycle development process - including
requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, testing,
and maintenance.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, databases,
object storage, caching, and messaging.
- Knowledge of CI/CD technologies (e.g., Tekton, Bazel,
Spinnaker, base images, CDEvents), developer portals and solution
blueprints.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical
field or relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent at
all levels of the organization.
- Able to interact with large developer communities and large
internal customer teams, gathering input on evolving needs and
sharing both needs and project status with senior leaders.
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design
meetings, progress and status meetings).
- Comfortable working with engineering leads and their teams to
drive the use of standard methodologies and processes (e.g.,
planning, schedule management, Agile, communications) and drive
adoption.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous end to end
infrastructure, technical projects and partner community comprising
of various engineering teams and their partners.
- Experience at prioritizing features, and technical road
maps.
- Self-motivated individual who is able to grasp new technical
concepts quickly, adapt quickly to change and collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams and partners.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
skills.
- Understanding/experience of cloud securityAt Apple, base pay is
one part of our total compensation package and is determined within
a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and
develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between
$157,000 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your
skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees
also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through
participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock
unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if
voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
