take you?We are looking for Field Service Engineer. This position
will be based out of Washington state.Position Summary:This
position requires a qualified, hands-on, service-oriented
technician to be involved with automatic transfer switch startups,
modifications, warranty and emergency calls. Applicant should show
desire to learn and advance to the Field Service Engineer
level.Applicant must carry a cell phone and be on call 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.Focus on work related to automatic transfer
switchesProvide technical support of field startups (standard and
non-standard systems), warranty efforts, remedial repairs, and
preventative maintenance contractsSupervising and ensuring
compliance with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines and
lawsConduct client communication in a highly customer
service-oriented manner and potentially expand the scope of project
work as well as negotiate any extra charges associated with work
performedAll work and decisions shall be conducted in strict
compliance of all regulatory lawsTravel requirements: Up to 80%

qualifications:Basic Qualifications:3-5 years in Field Service
EngineeringHigh School Diploma / GEDStrong background in electrical
power including low voltage through medium voltage and experience
with most types of automatic transfer switch testingReading
schematics and blueprints for power control, automation and
customer technical supportFamiliarity with all applicable codes and
industry standardsProficient in taking care of client interactions
and completing projects on time and within budget guidelinesStrong
project management skills with excellent decision making,
organization and management capabilitiesMust be self-directed and
very committed to customer satisfactionWork optimally with
customers, peers and management to resolve client issuesIndividuals
must possess a valid Driver's license in good standingPreferred
Qualifications:Proper electrical licensing to perform electrical
work in the state of Washington. This includes but is not limited
to 01, 02 and/or 07 electricians license is desired.Associate or
bachelor's degree in electrical engineeringExcellent customer
service, time management and follow-up skillsPower distribution,
DC/AC, Voltage Circuit Theory and practical troubleshooting

for this position is $67K-$100K, plus travel and overtime. The
actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and
candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium
