• Develop and manage financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience with multi-unit retail operations and online presence is a plus.
