Note: We are ideally looking for a candidate who can work from
the Seattle, Washington area as a hybrid employee. Once a week, we
get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in
our Seattle office.Finvari is a quickly growing fintech company

accounting. We want our customers spending time building the
infrastructure of tomorrow, not dealing with manual and repetitive
tasks involved with payments.To support our growth, we are hiring a
full-time Senior Talent Partner. In this role, you will be
responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our values and
mission to identify and develop individuals who can help us scale.
This role will play a meaningful role in hiring, developing, and
the assessment of talent.As our first People Team hire, your work
will directly impact our company for years to come. You will help
design, document, and implement our HR policies, procedures, and
operational infrastructure.What you'll do:
- Full-cycle recruitment -- from role scoping and sourcing to
offer and hiring
- Work with leadership to build and modify an interview process
that allows Finvari to create a diverse workforce of top
performers
- Communicate with candidates as they move through the interview
process and work to create a one-of-a-kind candidate
experience
- Develop and execute a multi-channel strategy to identify and
source top performers
- Master the Finvari story to optimize our response and close
rates
- Refine and manage the new hire orientation and onboarding
experience
- Work with leadership to ensure employees are able to achieve
success at Finvari which will include training, performance
reviews, career ladders and succession planning
- Design and manage job levels and corresponding compensation
bands
- Oversee HR administration, including benefits programs
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the
company's goalsRequirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high
growth start-up
- 3+ years of HRBP experience including compensation structure,
benefits administration, legal and compliance issues and career
development
- Proficiency with HR techstack, such as JazzHR and Gusto
- Ability to source passive candidates and build a diverse
pipeline of top performers across a variety of channels
- Self-starter - A strong desire to build processes from the
ground up and make a huge impact on a growing team
- Experience working with and advising executive leadership
- Committed to prioritizing transparent and timely
communication
- Continually finding innovative ways to attract and retain top
talent
- Able to adapt quickly to changing needs and goals and
communicate these changes to the team in real-timeBenefits include:

success!The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 plus
equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based
on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.This is a hybrid role

together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our
Seattle office.At this time, Finvari is not able to sponsor
