Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist
Team Lead to supervise a team and oversee key financial
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of four Accounting Operations
Specialists
Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate
reconciliations and reporting
Collaborate with senior management to prepare for external audits
and resolve escalated issues
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within
accounting operations or finance
Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks
preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
deadlines
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within finance,
accounting, or logistics is preferred
Must be available to work 9 am - 5 pm PST, Monday through
Friday
