Handles accounting phone calls

Uses Internet based systems and Quickbooks Enterprise to research payables

Updates accounts payable into Internet based software

Maintain vendor relationships

Must be able to multi task

Enters invoices into the system

Help Implementation of New System

Financial Analysis

Ability to multi-task and keep projects organized
